about

The working title for this album was Ronco Dreams, which was inspired by the font that I used for the Pulselovers Bandcamp page and subsequent artwork.

The vague memories of this company's adverts on the telly back in the seventies seemed so modern at the time. Gadgets that no-one really needed supposedly providing time saving convenience for the busy homemaker. All made with the finest quality plastic.

This track was one of the last to be written and it only took the now discarded album title as it seemed to fit without me even realising. The sci-fi elements of the track are nicely tempered with some amazing guitar work from Graham Sutherland of Fallen Trees.
